The Iowa National Guard is seeking to a purchase Apple iPad Air M2 per the salient characteristics (specifications) listed in Attachment 1 – Purchase Description. Apple iPad shall have access to Foreflight app. Additional required items are pivot case that shall have the ability to attach or mount to the aircraft.
