Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Supplier will work in partnership with the University and will be expected to fulfill the following scope of services, including but not limited to the following: 1. Install a mural, approximately 6.6'H x 11.5' W x 3' D on wheeled supports (1’ D once removed from wheeled support for placing on pedestal), weight: ~3,700 pounds between April 10 and April 12 2024. 2. De-installation shall be in or around January 2025. 3. Supplier must provide gantry for setup and any other moving equipment necessary. 4. The mural will placed in the museum in the "2 Levitt" gallery. Supplier will need to be conscious of floor protection as well as current installation of artworks along the move of their equipment through the galleries.
