Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Near-field ceiling mic array(s) 2. 3 new fixed HD cameras (preferably 4K, min 1080p), motion tracking not required 3. Solid state video recording unit, preferably can access local network for easy file transfer, needs to have backup system in case of drive failure 4. Video recording needs to be able to capture/display multiple inputs (up to 4 simultaneously – 2x2 config) - The Recording and the Displays in the Board room need to be able to be configured to show different inputs. 5. Centralized two tablet control, one fixed mounted and one mobile 6. Ability to allow guests to connect their device via cable and share content at podium (needs to be visible to online users too) 7. Ability for each board seat to share device content via cable (8 seats total) 8. System must be optimized to work with Zoom or Microsoft Teams (Teams room functionality is optional) 9. Input multiplexer to allow additional inputs as needed (possible future expansion) 10.[Optional] Voting system that can anonymously/confidentially tally supervisor votes until results are revealed (results can be displayed on dedicated monitor/TV) 11.[Optional] Live Streaming capability
