The Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) provides comprehensive technical and educational assistance to Iowa companies across a variety of service areas. Our approach, characterized by our tailored strategy – Engage. Educate. Embed. – means our staff of CIRAS Strategic Advisors and Project Managers work with Iowa companies to create solutions specific to a client’s need. Presently, CIRAS is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers to collaborate with and assist the Center for Industrial Research and Service (CIRAS) staff by providing graphic design, copyediting, writing, and other miscellaneous services for a broad range of projects including the coordination of these services with the CIRAS staff.
