Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Iowa is seeking a comprehensive partnership from qualified Suppliers to provide pest control services to the campus community and University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Service area includes approximately 190 individual buildings, locations of various sizes, ranging from small houses to large academic buildings, offices, residence halls, apartments, and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. The campus has approximately 14,500,000 gross square feet of interior space and all structural surfaces related to the total building. The contract will include the departments listed in this Request for Proposal at the mutual agreement of the pest control supplier and each of the University departments included in this RFP.
