Specifications include, but are not limited to: The primary purpose of this project is to replace the existing bridge with a new structure that serves both vehicles and pedestrians via shared use path. Although this goal may appear straightforward, several factors are integral to the project's successful execution. Consequently, prospective consultants are requested to address the following elements in their RFQ submission. The evaluation of the elements presented below will serve as the foundation for the "Consultant experience executing projects of similar scope and scale" criterion, which constitutes the predominant basis for awarding this project. Any other qualifications related to the successful accomplishment of projects that have similar size/scope/complexity will also be considered.
