Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Service provider will provide post event cleaning services in the CHA seating bowl immediately following the conclusion of our events. • With a varying event schedule, these cleanups could anywhere from early in the afternoon until late at night. University of Iowa Athletics Facilities will communicate the event schedule and cleanup times as they become available. • Total number of events vary from year to year but generally average around 50 dates. • Cleaning supplies and materials will be provided by University of Iowa Athletics Facilities. CHA Arena Bowl Post Event Cleaning Duties and Expectations: • Recycling: o Complete a separate pick of recyclable aluminum cans and plastics to include beer, water, and soda bottles. Empty any remaining liquids into buckets. ▪ Remove bags of recyclables from CHA bowl to the recycling dumpsters outside the building. Empty recyclable materials in the dumpsters and dispose of bags into the trash compactor. No plastics bags allowed in the recycling dumpsters. • Trash: o Remove all garbage from the entire arena bowl including the Terrace Table sections. ▪ Remove bags from the arena bowl via rolling dumpsters to the CHA trash compactor. o Completely sweep the entire arena bowl and Terrace Table sections, as necessary. • Cleaning: o Identify all areas of liquid and ice cream spills. Mop and clean these sections completely, as necessary. ▪ Mop Terrace Table sections as needed. ▪ Mop ADA platform as needed...
