Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of ISU to Contract with a Company who can perform the photography Services as required by ISU and then offer those photographs to graduates as a keepsake of their graduation commencement experience. (a) The successful contractor will provide photography services for ISU commencement graduation ceremonies, beginning with the Fall 2024 ceremony. (b) Contractor may provide photography services for college convocations and other graduation or commencement activities as requested by the individual College or by the coordinator of the other activity. (c) The Contract generated from this RFP/RFQ is intended to be a revenue generating Contract for ISU. It is expected that the Contractor will pay ISU for the rights to be the official photographer for ISU commencement ceremonies and that the Contractor will, in turn, generate revenue through the sale of commencement day photographs to ISU graduates.
