Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1. The City of Ames Parks and Recreation Department (City) is seeking proposals from qualified concessionaire vendors to provide and manage concession operations at the Ames City Auditorium, located at 520 6th Street, Ames, Iowa 50010. 1.2. The initial term of the contract shall begin from date of award through June 30, 2025. The contract shall begin no later than July 1, 2024. The City may elect to renew the contract for four (4) additional 12-month periods. 1.3. Concessionaire services must include, but not limited to alcoholic (beer and wine only) and non-alcoholic beverages, and pre-packaged food items. 1.4. The Vendor shall be open and available for events declared by the City as approved for concession services. City Auditorium hosts events year-round, and the exact event date and hours shall be determined by the City and Vendor. 1.5. The City does not guarantee any minimum or maximum sales volume for the vendor during the term of the contract. 1.6. See Attachment B for an example of events from 2023 that concession services would have been serviced.
