Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Iowa City is looking for a qualified contractor to crush broken concrete and asphalt into modified subbase and 4-inch minus. The material is located at Mesquakie Park on the south side of McCollister Blvd and on the west side of the Iowa River. Contractors will be selected on the price submitted for the following items: One-time mobilization fee: please provide pricing for a mobilization fee to be charged no more than once per term cost per ton to crush concrete into modified subbase (estimated amount 9,000 tons) cost per ton to crush concrete into 4-inch minus (estimated amount 1,000 tons) cost to crush asphalt millings into modified subbase (estimated amount 1,000 tons)
