Specifications include, but are not limited to: The construction manager’s scope of work shall include but not be limited to the following list of services: Pre-construction Phase Services Administration The Construction Manager shall participate in a kick-off meeting with the Dubuque County Public Safety Committee (PSC) and the Architects (Wold and Straka Johnson) to outline the goals and objectives of the entire program and establish the working relationship and responsibilities of each team member. (PSC, Architect, CM). The CM shall attend and participate in all design phase team meetings. The CM shall prepare a site logistics and utilization plan for review by the County. The CM shall participate in monthly team meeting updates to the Dubuque County Board of Supervisors. Estimating The construction manager shall provide detailed project estimates at the following stages of document completion. Estimates should provide quantities and unit prices for each item of work where applicable. 50% Design Document 100% Design Document 50% Contract Document 90% Contract Document Quality Control Develop a written, project specific quality control/quality assurance plan detailing the specific measurable goals to be achieved by the plan.
