Contractor to provide (2) new 208/230 volt 3 Phase, 10HP replacement pump motors and seal kits capable of similar performance and capacity of existing system. Provide complete removal and disposal of old motors. Contractor to provide installation of (2) new placement of pump motors and seal kits. Installation to include all misc fittings and mounting hardware for installation in same location as existing. Plumbing contractor to verify start up after electrical conversion work from single phase to 3 Phase (provided by others) is completed. Contractor to ensure that site clean up is done and all debris is disposed of offsite. Work to be done M - F 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Work to be inspected by State Electrical Inspector, permits to be pulled by contractor. 1 year warranty - parts and labor Additional mandatory specification and plans are included as attachments.
