After spot cleaning, the surface shall have a clean, uniform appearance, free of streaks, spots and other evidence of removable soil. Thoroughly Wash Surfaces Includes walls, partitions, doors, door frames, venetian blinds, light fixtures, light covers, grills and vents, exhaust or air fans, window sills, which shall be cleaned with appropriate approved detergent solution. After being cleaned, surfaces shall have a uniform appearance with no streaks, swirl marks, detergent residue or any evidence of soil stains, film or debris. There shall be no damage to furniture or other items present in the area. High Dusting After high dusting all dust, lint, litter and dry soil shall be removed from all surfaces about 7'-0" from the top of the floor surface.
