Specifications include, but are not limited to: TRUCK & CHASSIS The chassis shall be approximately 60" long cab to rear axle. At no time can the frame be extended to arrive at proper cab to axle length. But if changed, it shall be from a longer frame to a shorter one. No build-up of frame, springs and axles will be allowed to increase the GVW ratings of the truck bid, but as listed and advertised in regular production. Truck shall be factory supplied with heavy duty tow and plow prep package. ; ENGINE The unit shall have a diesel-powered engine with bio-diesel compatibility. Engine horsepower to be no less than 360hp and torque to be no less than 400 ft-lbs. Towing capacity shall be no less than 10,000 pounds.
