General (a) Contractor shall be responsible for the complete scope of work of the contract documents, including but not limited to, replacement of windows. 4. Temporary Construction (a) Contractor shall provide and maintain traffic and pedestrian controls as needed to ensure construction area is clearly defined. (b) Contractor is responsible to protect all items to remain. Any damage caused by Contractor’s scope of work will be repaired at the Contractor’s expense. (c) Contractor shall keep all streets, parking lots, sidewalks, etc. adjacent to work area free and clear of ALL debris at all times and at a minimum shall be swept on a daily basis or as required for the duration of the project. 5. Demolition (a) Contractor shall complete all site demolition as indicated on project documents.
