Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1 General Requirements 3.1.1 The State of Iowa is seeking Bidders to provide doors, hardware, and related accessories for all State Agencies and Political Subdivisions. 3.1.2 The Bidders must be the single point of contact for all returns and replacements. 3.1.3 The Bidders must not have a minimum order quantity or minimum total cost amount. 3.1.4 The Bidders are responsible for the necessary protection in shipping, handling, and delivery guaranteeing all items are in new condition.
