The City of Dubuque, Iowa is soliciting competitive sealed qualifications from professional consultants to manage and implement a partially completed $800,000 Brownfields Multipurpose Grant from the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Since 2014 the City has been successful at obtaining and executing several EPA grants for assessment, planning, and clean-up. This grant is intended to further the work that has been previously completed and help get key downtown locations closer to being ready for redevelopment. The selected Consultant will be expected to complete the contracted scope of work within the specified timeframe, under the general direction and coordination of the City’s Engineering and Economic Development Departments as authorized by the Dubuque City Council.
