You are invited to submit comments/feedback in response to this Sources Sought Request for Information (RFI) concerning an upcoming solicitation for a Key Control System for the Iowa Army National Guard.
Quotes are not requested at this time; this is only a market research RFI to determine the number of eligible contractors and their business size.
All specifications for the proposed Key Control System shall meet or exceed the salient characteristics (specifications) described below. Please provide comments/feedback, to include the following:
1. Can your business provide a schedule quote for this requirement from a GSA contract?
2. Can your business provide this requirement from an open market quote?
3. Are the salient characteristics either too vague or too restrictive?
4. Any additional information which would be helpful to prepare a quote?
Provide POC information, CAGE Code, and SAM UEI with reply.

Salient Characteristics (specifications):
- Shall be an electronic key control system.
- Maximum dimensions shall be 84” wide by 40” tall.
- Shall be constructed with a minimum 26-guage steel.
- Shall be capable of holding a minimum of 64 credit card type keys.
- Shall be capable of holding a minimum of 128 standard type keys.
Note: Item Unique Identification (IUID) label will be required per DFARS Clause 252.211-7003 “Item Identification and Valuation” for end-items priced at $5,000 and above.
