Specifications include, but are not limited to: ISU is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide additional labor and equipment to assist ISU Utilities in the emergency repairs and restoration of services in situations where the Work must occur immediately on the mechanical and/or electrical distribution system on campus. The major of ISU’s mechanical and electrical distribution is underground, including a small amount of overhead equipment. The majority of the Work would occur repairing domestic water, chilled water, gas, steam and electrical distribution infrastructure. ISU would direct all Work by the Contractor hired for each project. Work may be conducted concurrently with ISU Utility staff.
