Remove generator fuel injection pump with stuck plungers and replace with new fuel injection pump. Perform complete cooling system service while coolant is out of the engine. Work to include clean up, travel, labor, all necessary equipment and fluids/greases/etc. to complete the work, and disposal of debris. Initial diagnostic test has been done to determine the issue.
