Through this Request for Proposal (RFP), we seek to select a Contractor to implement, facilitate and maintain a council for families who are currently or formerly experienced the juvenile justice system. The Family Advisory Council will be led by a Coordinator who will collaborate with the 7th Judicial District Juvenile Court Services staff to identify, create and develop meaningful ways to engage families currently experiencing the system. The Coordinator will facilitate monthly meetings, coordinate support for members to attend meetings, attend appropriate trainings and develop protocols and processes by which to coordinate, engage and sustain the Family Advisory Council. The goal is to provide a meaningful space for those with direct juvenile justice experience to be heard and involved in system change efforts. Incentives will be provided to Family Advisory Council participation as part of the proposal maximum amount.
