Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University seeks a Supplier to provide financial wellness coaching and education for UI faculty and staff through University Family Services. The successful Supplier will work in partnership with the University and will be expected to fulfill the following scope of services, including but not limited to the following: Objectives of program include: ꞏ Enhancing financial literacy among employees ꞏ Reducing financial stress and anxiety ꞏ Improving overall employee satisfaction and retention ꞏ Empowering employees to make informed financial decisions ꞏ Supporting long-term financial planning and stability Components of program include: Financial Education Workshops and Seminars ꞏ Offer regular workshops covering topics such as budgeting, saving, investing, debt management, retirement planning, and financial goal-setting. One-on-One Financial Counseling: ꞏ Provide confidential consultations with financial advisors or counselors for personalized guidance. ꞏ Offer support for employees facing financial challenges or seeking specific financial advice ꞏ Knowledgeable in Public Service Loan Forgiveness process
