Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Work shall be completed at 206 29th Street NE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52402. 2.2. Contractor shall remove and dispose of existing patio and retaining wall. 2.3. Contractor shall construct a new 10’ x 45’ concrete patio. 2.4. Contractor shall construct a new 66’ modular block retaining wall. Wall color to be chosen by City prior to construction. 2.5. Contractor shall provide and install nine (9) 4”X4”X10’ green treated posts (for privacy fence to be attached to by others). Contractor shall set poles in the ground a minimum of 42” below grade behind the retaining wall, prior to concrete being poured for the patio. These posts will be directly behind the top block of the retaining wall and will be concreted in. Concrete will also be poured around these posts (with expansion around the posts) when the patio is poured. City will layout post locations prior to Contractor setting the posts.
