Specifications include, but are not limited to: Respondent shall provide a dedicated account manager for the trust capable of maintaining all investments. 4.1.2 Respondent shall maintain accurate records and detailed accounts of all investments, receipts, disbursements, and other transactions. 4.1.3 Respondent shall provide annual reporting on fiscal fees charged, as well as any in-kind services donated. 4.1.4 Trust account statements must be available electronically to authorized parties. 4.1.5 Ability to provide all interest rates to the Bureau on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis on all variable rate investments held in the trust account. 4.1.6 Respondent shall provide a quarterly portfolio review to the Project Director of GEAR UP Iowa and Iowa College Aid Bureau Chief. 4.1.7 The investment manager will present to the Commission annually or upon request. 4.1.8 The Investment Advisor must sign an Advisory Agreement and Investment Policy Statement to include the following scope of Engagement: appoints an Advisor and is responsible for the investment and reinvestment of assets designated by the Bureau must adhere to the Bureau’s investment policy, and rules and regulation promulgated under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940.
