4.1.1 The Respondent shall update the school district boundary maps for the School District Review Program (SDRP) from the United States Census Bureau and to provide ongoing mapping support to the Iowa Department of Education (Department). 4.1.2 The Respondent shall adjudicate boundary discrepancies between school districts. 4.1.3 The Respondent shall provide detailed boundary update submissions via digital map files. 4.1.4 The Respondent shall provide updates to school district inventory, county coverage, and relationship files as necessary. 4.1.5 The Respondent shall provide ArcGIS mapping files, TIGER shape files, and other file types required by the US Census Bureau. 4.1.6 The Respondent shall provide support to the Department and Iowa school districts as needed to study school district boundaries as required under Iowa Code 274.38. 4.1.7 The Respondent shall manage this biannual process as well as provide ongoing support for various mapping requests. For example, when school districts consolidate, the Department must generate an updated school district boundary map for the consolidated district. 4.1.8 Determine the best source for school district boundary and data updates. 4.1.9 Initiate and maintain contact with all local school district officials to ensure the timely review and submission of any school district updates/corrections to boundaries, names, codes, grade ranges, levels or relationship to other geographic entities. 4.1.10 Determine the best source for school district boundary and data updates.
