To ensure proper working condition, the GPS Unit will be uploaded by the Bidder through GPS Insight and verified the Unit is working after it has been installed. https://help.gpsinsight.com/ Installation of the GPS Unit shall be completed within 72 hours of order placed. (Service typically takes 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete). P2 Removal of GPS Units for DAS Fleet Vehicles 1 HR - Hour Pick up of the vehicle and delivery of the vehicle with the complete installed GPS unit. Removal of Unit and Hardware. Return of Unit and Hardware to DAS Fleet Services Office. All GPS Units and hardware that have been removed from a DAS Fleet vehicle shall be returned to the DAS Fleet Services Office the same day as removal. (Service typically takes 20- 30 minutes to complete). P3 On Site Installation of GPS Units at Agency 1 HR - Hour Pick up of the vehicle and the delivery of the vehicle with the complete installed Insight and non-Insight GPS unit(s) to and from DAS Fleet Services Office. Installation of Unit and Hardware. Uploading and Verifying the GPS Unit works. To ensure proper working condition, the Insight GPS Unit will be uploaded by the Bidder through GPS Insight and verified the Unit is working after it has been installed. https://help.gpsinsight.com/ Installation of the GPS Unit shall be completed within 72 hours of order placed. (Service typically takes 45 minutes - 1 hour to complete). Travel over 36 miles from DAS Fleet Services will be charged a mileage rate of $1.25/mile round trip. Any Travel Mileage to be charged will be quoted to Agency at time of order. P4 Installation of GPS Units for DAS Fleet Vehicles 1 HR - Hour Pick up of the vehicle and the delivery of the vehicle with the complete installed non - Insight GPS unit to and from DAS Fleet Services Office. Installation of Unit and Hardware. Uploading and Verifying the GPS Unit works. Installation of the GPS Unit shall be completed within 72 hours of order placed. (Service P5 On Site Installation of GPS Units - Travel Mileage 1 MILE - Mile Travel over 36 miles from DAS Fleet Services will be charged a mileage rate of ?/mile round trip. P6 On Site Diagnostic Fee for GPS Units on DAS Fleet Vehicles 1 HR - Hour Complete on-site diagnostic of Insight and non-Insight GPS units for troubleshooting issues and verifying the GPS Unit works properly. Diagnostic of the GPS Unit shall be completed within 72 hours of order placed.
