Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Dumpster Deliveries. Provide ten (10) 2-yard dumpsters as follows: ● Two (2) 2-yard dumpsters to campground #1 ● Two (2) 2-yard dumpsters to campground #2 ● One (1) 2-yard dumpster to campground #3 ● Three (3) 2-yard dumpsters to beach parking lot ● Two (2) 2-yard dumpsters to park office. Dumpsters shall be delivered to the designated locations at Pleasant Creek SRA by June 1, 2024. Task 2: April & October Collection. Empty and maintain the ten (10) dumpsters located throughout the park, as noted in Task 1, twice a week during the time period of April 15 - 30 and October 1 - 15. This Task shall be completed twice a week between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on Mondays and Fridays. In the event of inclement weather that prevents the Contractor from collecting waste on the designated day, the Contractor shall collect the waste as soon as possible thereafter. Task 3: Peak Season Collection. Empty and maintain the ten (10) dumpsters located throughout the park, as noted in Task 1, twice a week during the time period of May through September. This Task shall be completed twice a week between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm on Mondays and Fridays. In the event of inclement weather that prevents the Contractor from collecting waste on the designated day, the Contractor shall collect the waste as soon as possible thereafter. Task 4: Winter Collection. Empty and maintain the one (1) dumpster once a month during the time period of November through April. ● One (1) 2-yard dumpsters to park office This Task shall be completed the first Monday of the month between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. In the event of inclement weather that prevents the Contractor from collecting waste on the designated day, the Contractor shall collect the waste as soon as possible thereafter. Task 5: On-call Collection. Description: The Contractor must provide extra trash removal services as requested by the DNR on an on-call basis. As requested by the DNR. The DNR will provide a minimum of 48-hour notice prior to on-call service. Task 6: Hazardous waste removal: The Contractor must provide hazardous waste removal services as requested by the DNR on an on-call basis. Examples would be, but not limited to tires, mattress, furniture, and large items that have been illegally dumped on DNR property. As requested by the DNR. The DNR will provide a minimum of 48-hour notice prior to hazardous waste removal service.
