Provide and install new 200/150 amp electrical service at location as required by Code and/or utility company. To include new panel and wiring (unless otherwise specified), new service wire, head, straps, disconnect, ground rod and wire if required, circuit panel and circuit breakers, connection of wiring into new panel, fittings, labels and trim. All work performed under the NEC and IRC Codes. Contractor is responsible for passing inspection. 4 REPLACE DAMAGED CEILING FAN: Replace ceiling fan with new, average priced, owner approved, energy star rated fan.
