All wiring must be concealed and installed under NEC and IRC Codes. Location Basement; REMOVE DAMAGED DOOR AND INSTALL NEW INTERIOR DOOR (1). Provide and install new prehung 1 3/8" hollow core door(s) and knot free trim. Size to fit existing opening. Installation includes new lock set. Prepare surface, prime, and 2 coats high grade interior paint or stain and finish with minimum of 2 coats of polyurethane, sanding between coats to smooth finish.
