Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors to provide and install a new rooftop HVAC unit at the Gardner Golf Clubhouse, 5101 Golf Course Rd. Hwy 13, Marion, Iowa, as requested by the Facilities Maintenance Division. Installation shall include, but not be limited to, the following: • Removal of failed existing RTU to be discarded by Contractor in accordance with EPA regulations • Installation of new equivalent rooftop HVAC unit by Contractor, with curb adapters as needed (keep existing curb) • Contractor shall modify duct work as needed • Contractor shall adapt and hook up natural gas and electrical for fully installed, operational unit • Contractor shall provide crane and any other equipment required to complete installation; The new unit provided by the Contractorshall be equivalent or better than the existing Rheem model #RKNAA060JK13E that is to be removed. The unit provided must be adapted by the Contractor as needed to fit correctly.
