Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University seeks a partner with knowledge and experience in working in sports video in-venue production and particularly for NCAA Division I Collegiate institutions. Because the needs of the University may vary from year to year, there is no guaranteed schedule of services to be rendered or revenues to be paid to the firm/partner. Throughout the length of any service agreement, the level of activity for such services, and the related billing for the same, will depend upon organizational need and may be altered at any time. The successful Supplier will work in partnership with the University and will be expected to fulfill the following scope of services, including but not limited to: 1. Collaborate with Athletics External Relations as the managing unit. 2. Develop and execute a creative professional sport in-venue LED and large video wall productions for football, basketball, wrestling, volleyball, and gymnastics at a NCAA Division I collegiate or professional sports level. 3. Manage multiple purposes within one screen, such as advertising, video, game statistics, player statistics, scoreboard and marketing messages. 4. Serve as Game Day Director. 5. Operate and provide training for the following equipment or equivalent: Sony HXC-100 Camera, Fuji Lenses, Sony base stations and operators control panel, Imagine Router and user panels, RTS Intercom system, Ross Tritium Switchers – 3ME, Ross Tria 4 channel server, Evertz Dreamcatcher Replay System, Ross Xpression 3 channel system, AJA KiPro recorders, AJA FS2 Frame Synchronizers, terminal and test equipment. 6. Work with video and audio patch fields. 7. Utilize Daktronics hardware and software. 8. Troubleshoot Daktronics software and hardware and work with manufacturer to correct problems. 9. Troubleshoot equipment problems included but not limited to camera failures, audio system failures, video sign failures, signal flow interruptions and fiber optic failures. 10. Maintain a relationship with equipment manufacturers and communicate with integrator or manufacturer regarding warranty and non-warranty work.
