Specifications include, but are not limited to: Inspection - The City will request inspections on properties intended to be purchased by qualified homebuyers. Upon receipt of an inspection request, the inspector will schedule an inspection within five (5) business days. The inspector will have the responsibility of carrying out all tasks related to conducting physical inspections of the residence. This includes assessing the functionality and condition of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components, as well as the structural and exterior features of the property. Inspection Report - Upon completion of the inspection the Inspector will provide a complete inspection report to both the homebuyer and the City within five (5) business days. That inspection report will also include any significant maintenance costs that may burden the homebuyer within the next five years.
