Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. This specification details the supply, installation, and commissioning of a complete Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) to replace the owner’s current system. The system should follow local and international codes, standards, and meet the technical and performance criteria in this document. B. The system is to be supplied with all equipment, hardware, software, cabling, and ancillary devices as required to provide an ISMS complete and functional in all respects. The bidders are to familiarize themselves with all matters related to the requirements, to include existing conditions, and to account for such in the price as part of their proposal response. 0. Cabling, as defined above, does not include CAT 5 or CAT 6 ethernet back to a network switch. Standard expectation is that existing cable infrastructure is sufficient to potential device locations. If new installation of CAT 6 ethernet cable is required to any device included in the proposal, that cost is on the owner and will be contracted as an addendum to the contract, as separate item to a different vendor, or provided by owners IT/TELECON staff. C. Hardware, software, and labor cost will be evaluated, and the project awarded on a Best Value basis.
