Specifications include, but are not limited to: Participate in orientation and training workshops and webinars. Meet with local transportation officials to gather information and prepare a transportation analysis for the community. Facilitate community focus groups alongside staff from Trees Forever and ISU. Coordinate with the Trees Forever community facilitator to plan a design workshop. Conduct a design workshop focused on participatory and co-design methods. Develop context-sensitive designs guided by analysis of landscape factors and community feedback derived from focus groups, surveys, design workshops, and preliminary reviews. Coordinating with a student intern, finalize and present - implementation phasing. Guide the student intern in preparing final presentation boards. Participate in a debriefing meeting with community leaders to discuss feasibility, implementation steps, and additional design services and associated fee structure to implement the plan. Hire and mentor a student intern.
