Specifications include, but are not limited to: Burge Hall (Housecleaning) up to 535 rooms, approximately 245 sq ft per room - Housecleaning expectations: 1. Removing all debris. Large pieces removed by hand, small vacuumed. Removed gum or sticky substances 2. Ladder. Remove and clean all lights/covers. Change bulb 3. Evaluate and remove all debris from ceilings and walls including tape, command strips, nails 4. Windows: vacuum window sills. Using chemical clean all parts of window including the frame, drape rod, window sill and window. Report/replace any missing or broken parts 5. Furniture: Wipe down all furniture including bed, dresser and desk. Remove, vacuum and wipe clean the inside of all drawers 6. Sinks, cabinets, light fixtures: Address sticky or extremely dirty areas. Wipe clean all sinks, cabinets and light fixtures. 7. Closet: Clean closet area, wipe down all surfaces including shelves 8. Walls: Starting at the baseboard, clean/sanitize all walls from the bottom up. 9. Mattress: vacuum on both sides. Inspect for stains, tears, signs of pests. *Some cleaning of small stains may be needed 10. Screens: All screens are removed, cleaned and returned. 11. Doors: Clean/sanitize and wipe down all interior and entry doors on both sides, including knobs 12. Floor: Vacuum in preparation for floor work. There is potential for various forms of floor work depending on floor type. 13. Clean/sanitize floor with appropriate tools and chemicals. Some spaces require the use of equipment. 14. Project work to include slow speed machine 15. Finish application 16. Document concerns and turn in to leadership 17.
