Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The south hillside of 105 Bradway Place, Anamosa, IA, 52205, currently has one row of retaining blocks in place. The slope from the parking lot down to the row of retaining blocks has washed out in some places and the grade makes mowing difficult. b. This project includes scraping the hillside, fixing all washouts, installing geomat type material for erosion control, and covering the geomat type material with landscaping stone. The county desires this area to be very low maintenance with no mowing required. The area to be landscaped is shown in exhibit A. c. The bidder shall submit their bid on the official bid form which is attached. The bid should specify if the bid includes alternative methods of the project as proposed in item 4. b. d. The bidder is encouraged to personally view the property prior to submitting a bid. e. The successful bidder will be responsible for all site preparation work and clean-up. f.
