ROOM 2: LIVING ROOM: Replace window sashes with wood replacement windows of same style, size & shape/prime & paint. Ensure sash stops are installed for interior & exterior of windows. If stops are missing/broken install new. Side A (W1,2). ROOM 3: BEDROOM: Replace window sashes with wood replacement windows of same style, size & shape/prime & paint. Ensure sash stops are installed for interior & exterior of windows. If stops are missing/broken install new. Side B (W3) MAY NEED TO BE TEMPERED. Replace fluorescent bulbs with LED if possible.
