Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope of Work Iowa State University is requesting proposals from qualified suppliers for varsity sports letter winner and championship rings and pendants for the ISU Athletics Department. The letter award winner rings will be ordered in two styles, traditionally referred to as men’s and women’s. ISU estimates ordering approximately 90 letter award winner rings/pendants per year with the majority of the orders being for rings. Championship ring numbers are dependent on the number of championships won and the sport winning those championships. Awarded supplier shall work with ISU designee on championship ring and pendent design and ordering of all rings and pendants. Letter Award Winner Rings Style 1 - 1. Large cross -- Finger, single-bevel cushion with raised lettering. 2. Bezel -- Top (Iowa State), Bottom (Cyclones). Both are in non-traditional block lettering with Iowa State in larger lettering than Cyclones. Red 3. Ruby stone approximately 13 x 11 mm with ISU or block “I” encrusted.Right shank -- Athlete’s name in raised lettering, ISU logo centered with year/date below 4.
