The city is seeking a firm to provide the following scope of work as part of this proposal: • Take inventory of existing HVAC systems used in 24 N Center St, including any shared HVAC system. • Provide brief summary of condition of each of those systems. • Evaluate two possible projects to the extent needed to determine feasibility and rough scope of work required: o (1) Disconnect existing steam boiler system between buildings, leaving the existing system operable for 22 N Center Street and installing a new boiler system to service 24 N Center Street. For this option, no A/C upgrades would be included. o (2) Disconnect existing steam boiler system between buildings, leaving the existing system operable for 22 N Center Street and evaluate a forced air heating and cooling system(s) that would service 24 N Center Street.
