Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and insurance needed to perform Mechanical and HVAC Preventative Maintenance and Repair at City-owned Facilities. Maintenance service and repairs performed at the Public Works building (SCHEDULE D) will have access to a scissors lift at that site. Use of the Public Works lift will require a training certification or equipment specific training performed onsite. Additionally, the maintenance contractor will be required to sign a liability waiver in order to have use of the lift. Maintenance service and repairs performed in the apparatus bay at the Public Safety building will require use of a manlift. Service Provider must acquire and coordinate delivery, use and removal of lift equipment. The Proposer is responsible for developing the service prices necessary to conform to contract specifications that are applicable to the service locations being proposed. The proposal is to be presented with the total service cost for each site based on the frequency schedule in EXHIBIT C and D. The Proposer shall carefully examine the location sites, proposal, specifications, special provisions and contract forms. The scope of services contained in EXHIBIT B will be referenced and incorporated into the awarded contract for services.
