Specifications include, but are not limited to: Maintenance of landscaping locations listed below shall include: • Removal of trash, litter, paper, cigarettes and debris • Weed control, no pre/post emergent weed control application. All manual/mechanical weed control • Mowing shall be completed at a 2 ½ to 3 inch height, no less to maintain plant vigor, grass clippings shall be bagged and removed from site by Contractor • Trimming of plants in late winter or early spring during bi-weekly maintenance • Watering as-needed basis, by written request • Provide Services April 1st through October 28th yearly • Contractor shall submit invoice within 10 days of service • Minimum time frame between service times shall be 6 days for weekly service and 11 days for biweekly service • Contractor is responsible for replacement of plants that are inadvertently removed during maintenance. Contractor shall replace with in kind plant and ensure plant establishes in site.
