Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful Supplier will work in partnership with the University and will be expected to fulfill the following scope of services, including but not limited to the following: Providing recruiting services for positions with a direct report to the Vice Presdient for Medical Affairs and Dean or CEO of UI Hospitals and Clinics, including but not limited to: - Associate/Assistant VP (HR, Legal, IT, Marketing and Communications, etc.) - Department Chairs - Administrative leadership roles within the clinical enterprise, such as Chief Medical Office, Chief Nurse Executive, Chief Operating Officer - Associate or Vice Dean positions - Center or Institute Directors - Key new/potential leadership roles that arise as the health system expands to meet need for increased access to care for Iowans (e.g., Chief Physician Executive, Chief Administrative Officer for Ambulatory Care, etc.)
