Specifications include, but are not limited to: Iowa Veterans’ Home (IVH) is seeking the services of a qualified and credentialed Respondent to complete a comprehensive evaluation and provide Medicare and Medicaid billing services for IVH. The Respondent shall have experience with Electronic Medical Records and Long-Term Care billing eligibility and billing requirements for Medicare and Medicaid. IVH is seeking a solution that will provide: • A systematic review of services provided by agency to identify which ones are billable. • Instructions and/or paperwork to proper document for billing. • Respondents then code and bill for services for agency. • Respondents to hold meetings with agency to inform agency of any regulations changes or modifications need to change in a process or documentation. • Respondent has the ability to bill Medicare Part B for the IVH Pharmacy. This will cover covers some vaccines (Flu, Pneumonia, and COVID), Nebulizer Solutions, Anti-Rejection medications, and Diabetic Supplies (we currently do not supply from our pharmacy).
