Specifications include, but are not limited to: Deconstruct framing in basement for abandoned bathroom. Leave salvaged wood in basement for future use.; Inspect chimney for blockages, deteriorated lining, or other issues that would lead to back-drafting. Clear obstructions, if present. Repair as required.; Replace fourteen (14) windows with vinyl pocket replacement windows as identified on enclosed floor plan. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure all windows meet code requirements prior to ordering, and that all finish carpentry is completed in a workmanlike manner as part of this scope.; Secure all HVAC ducts in the basement. Remove and replace all ducting material that is not code-compliant. Tape all connections with approved adhesive.
