The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Rock Island District, has a requirement for NESP – Lock 11 upstream mooring cell. This work includes, but is not limited to: construction of a sheet pile mooring cell upstream of Lock and Dam 11, mechanical dredging and disposal, metal sheet piling installation, armor plating, painting of hydraulic structures, PCC fill, solar-powered machine lights, and stone protection.
