The required specifications of the consultant shall include: Strategic assessment with analysis of gaps and weaknesses Design and conceptualization of the proposal Roadmap development and project management Establishment of a master schedule/ timeline Competitive integrated proposal development Draft pre-submission reviews and improvement Compliance check Regular progress updates and recommendations for action Experience helping with successful Engines proposals. The preferred specification of the consultant shall include: The facilitation of multi-sector and multi-institutional partnerships It would be preferred to have an evaluation plan as part of your proposal within the stated budget, but it is not required Not working with other Engines proposals in the region, this includes direct competitors. Awarded supplier may be asked to sign a Conflict of Interest form.
