The City is seeking qualifications from firms that specialize in pre-construction, conceptual cost estimating, and construction of public safety and municipal projects with a focus on working in/around occupied governmental facilities. The potential project will be delivered in two phases: Phase 1 – Master Planning: The construction manager will support the City and Bray through the preparation of detailed estimates to include construction and soft costs for options being considered. This will include regular meetings with the City’s leadership team as well as presentation to committees and the city council.
