ntroduction The University of Iowa, located in Iowa City, Iowa (hereafter, “University”) desires to obtain written proposals from qualified suppliers to design and install a comprehensive suite of broadcast and production systems to produce athletic events for in-venue video boards and streaming. The University of Iowa Athletics’ live event production department produces in-venue video board shows at all events in Kinnick Stadium and Carver Hawkeye Arena, with potential venues being added as the campus fiber optic network expands. HawkVision will produce 60-100 events per academic year primarily from Carver Hawkeye Arena and Kinnick Stadium. In addition to video board shows, the live event production team is responsible for producing broadcast television-quality events for BTN’s direct-to-consumer online platform (B1G+).
