The extent of work on this project includes all time, materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvement generally described as follows: BASE BID: topsoil and sod, 285 SY of pavement patching and modified subbase, 30 SY of driveway patching, 300 LF of storm sewer cleaning and televising, removal and replacement of storm sewer pipe, reconstructing intake tops, concrete collars, grading and paving of new sidewalk, temporary traffic control, erosion and sediment control, concrete washout, and maintenance of residential solid waste and recycling. ALTERNATE BID: topsoil and sod, 124 SY of pavement patching and modified subbase, 30 SY of driveway patching, 300 LF of storm sewer cleaning and televising, 52 LF of 12-inch and 4 LF of 15-inch CIPP storm sewer point repairs, concrete collars, grading and paving of new sidewalk, temporary traffic control, erosion and sediment control, concrete washout, and maintenance of residential solid waste and recycling.
