Iowa State University is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive outbound payment processing solution to streamline payments to individuals for small dollar payments. It is currently very time consuming and costly for the University to enter these individuals as suppliers, process a supplier invoice for payment, write and send a check and gather information for 1099 reporting.
